John Herald is Carnival's Senior Cruise Director. 

Wait till you see "What's for Dinner".   They have a Didja sections ... like didja ever want to try:  escargot, alligator, frog legs and more.   Not to worry they have so many choices, no one should go hungry.  They even have a "comfort food" each night like:  beef brisket, pork spare ribs, baked meatloaf with gravy, pot roast and more.
